How to Make a Payment to Freedom Mortgage

You Can Pay Your Bill Online, in Our Mobile App, by Mail, or by Phone

Freedom Mortgage customers have many options for paying their monthly mortgage. Please choose the payment option that is right for you.

How Do I Make a Mortgage Payment Online?

You can make your payment online by logging into your account. You can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments within your Freedom Mortgage account.

Before you can make your first payment, you will need to set up your bank information. Once that has been set up, you can simply select that account to pay your bill.

To make a same-day, online payment, you must submit your payment by 10:59 PM, ET. All payments submitted after 10:59 PM, ET will be posted on the next payment posting date. Your payment will be credited, effective on the date that you select. Please note that it may take up to one to two business days for your payment to be displayed in your transaction history.

If you need an online account, please visit our create My Account page. You will need your 10-digit Freedom Mortgage loan number and your Social Security number in order to create an account.

How Do I Pay Using the Freedom Mortgage App?

You can also pay your mortgage using Freedom Mortgage’s mobile app! Download it onto your mobile device by visiting Google Play or the App Store.

Enter your Freedom Mortgage account, username, and password to log in to the app. You can make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments.

If you have not previously set up your bank information in your account, you will need to do this before you make your first payment within the app. Then, you can simply select that bank account to pay your mortgage.

How Do I Make a Mortgage Payment by Mail?

You can pay your Freedom Mortgage bill by mail, as well. The mailing address you should use depends on where you live.

Freedom Mortgage customers who live in these states: AL, AK, CO, DC, FL, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, PR, SC, SD, TN, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, and WY, should mail their payments to this address:

How Do I Make a Mortgage Payment by Phone?

You can pay your mortgage by phone, too. You will need a checking or savings account to make a payment over the phone, and you will need to provide us with your bank’s routing number and your account number.

Can I Pay My Mortgage Using a Credit Card?

Unfortunately, no. You cannot make a payment to Freedom Mortgage with a credit card.

Where Can I Find the Amount of My Mortgage Payment?

You can find your payment amount by logging on to your online account or the mobile app. You can also find your payment amount on your most recent billing statement.
